WARNING: This product contains tobacco. Tobacco use increases the risk of cancer, heart disease, and other serious diseases. Cigars are not a safe alternative to cigarettes. This product is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. Sale to minors is prohibited by law.
In compliance with the federal Tobacco 21 law (T21), all purchasers must be 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Sierra Cigars reserves the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.
Age verification is required at the time of delivery. Carriers are instructed to verify the recipient's age and obtain an adult signature. If the recipient cannot provide valid government-issued ID confirming they are 21+, the package will be returned.
Sierra Cigars ships via UPS and FedEx. We do not ship via USPS, as federal law (the PACT Act) prohibits the U.S. Postal Service from delivering tobacco products to consumers.

Sierra Cigars complies fully with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act. In accordance with this law:
We collect and remit all applicable state and local excise taxes on tobacco products.
We verify the age of all purchasers and recipients.
We maintain records of all tobacco sales as required by federal law.
We do not ship via the United States Postal Service.
We report all sales to the appropriate state tax authorities.
Due to the nature of tobacco products and applicable regulations, we do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
